Cambridge Assessment International Education
The Cambridge Checkpoint Exams have been designed to asses learners at the end of the Primary and Lower Secondary learning journey. At Sanur School our Grade 6 and Grade 9 students sit the English, Mathematics and Science exams; these exams focus on content that the students should have learnt throughout the primary or lower secondary years. The exam gives valuable feedback on the individual learner’s strengths as well as areas that need to be improved and focused on before progressing to their next stage of education.
National Based School Exam
The National Exam, which is now known as Assessment Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) is sat by students that hold Indonesian Citizenship in grade 5 and grade 8. The exam is used as an evaluation tool of the primary and lower secondary education in Indonesia. It gives the Center for Educational Assessment, The Department of Education an indication of the quality of education across Indonesia.
